    Processing Time

    All orders undergo careful quality inspection and packaging within 4–7 business days after confirmation. During seasonal promotions or product launches, processing may extend up to 10 business days. You'll receive email notifications if your order requires additional processing time, keeping you informed every step of the way.


    Shipping Time

    Domestic shipments (U.S.) typically arrive within 8–15 business days after dispatch. International orders (Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries) require 12–25 business days for delivery, accounting for customs clearance procedures. These extended timeframes ensure proper handling of fragile kitchen items during transit.

    Shipping Costs

    Our shipping fees are structured as follows:

    Standard shipping is free for orders over US$60.

    Expedited Shipping

    Order Total: US$0 - US$100

    An expedited shipping fee of US$20 will be applied.

    Expedited shipping is free for orders over US$100.


    Expedited Delivery

    Priority Handling

    Our expedited service guarantees your kitchen essentials receive priority processing (within 2–3 business days) and faster transit via premium carriers. This option is ideal for time-sensitive culinary projects or gift occasions.

    Service Limitations

    Expedited shipping applies to: (1) In-stock items excluding custom-made products, (2) Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days, and (3) Deliveries to major metropolitan areas. Some remote locations may experience 1–2 day delays even with expedited service.


    International Shipping & Customs

    International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs. For returned shipments due to unpaid customs fees, a US$25 restocking fee applies to cover administrative and return shipping expenses.


    Special Handling Requirements

    Fragile items like glassware and ceramic cookware receive additional protective packaging, which may slightly increase processing time. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery for orders containing more than 3 fragile items due to special packaging requirements.


    Order Tracking

    Detailed tracking information will be emailed once your kitchenware ships. For international orders, tracking updates may pause during customs clearance but will resume once the package enters the destination country's postal system.


    Delivery Issues

    If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. For damaged shipments, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for replacement or refund.
