    Welcome to ChicStride's premium kitchenware collection. Please review these terms carefully before completing your purchase.


    Payment Methods

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payments. All transactions are processed through secure encrypted channels. Your payment must clear before we begin processing your order. In rare cases where payment authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order after three unsuccessful attempts. For international orders, currency conversion fees may apply depending on your bank's policies.


    Order Processing

    After placing your order, you'll receive an automated confirmation email within 15 minutes. Please verify all details including product selection, quantities, and shipping address immediately. Our kitchenware specialists manually review each order within 24-48 business hours for inventory availability and potential errors. During peak seasons or promotional periods, this verification process may extend to 72 business hours. We cannot modify orders after they enter the fulfillment stage.


    Inventory & Order Cancellations

    While we maintain accurate inventory systems, high-demand kitchenware items occasionally sell out before we can update our website. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we'll notify you within 3 business days with replacement options or a full refund. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or exceed reasonable quantity limits for residential use (typically more than 10 identical units).


    Pricing & Taxes

    All prices reflect USD amounts and include product costs but exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. State sales tax applies where required by law. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country's regulations. These additional charges are never included in our checkout prices and will be collected separately by your local customs authority.


    Shipping & Handling

    Order processing typically requires 3-5 business days for quality inspection and careful packaging of kitchenware items. Domestic shipments then take 5-10 business days via standard ground shipping. International deliveries require 10-20 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance. Tracking information becomes available 24 hours after carrier pickup. Delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value shipments.


    Returns & Refunds

    You may return most unused kitchenware items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Special-order items, clearance products, and personalized kitchenware cannot be returned. To initiate a return, email service@chicstride.shop with your order number and reason for return within the 21-day window. Refunds process within 10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
